Who is Ovington?

Ovington, my miniature schnauzer - affectionally known as Ovie - carries a name that holds deep significance. Named after the street where I grew up, Ovie’s name also embodies the spirit of Ovington Therapy Services. Having Ovie in my life has taught me many lessons, but the most transformative lesson he has given me is the true understanding of unconditional love.

Ovie’s love for me is a constant, unwavering force. In his eyes, I am always enough. He simply wishes to be by my side on my brightest and darkest days. This kind of love is a rare find. It is something many of us strive to offer ourselves, yet find so difficult. My intention is to help my clients experience this same boundless love for themselves. To nurture themselves with the same compassion as our precious pups offer us. To care for ourselves in our hardest moments and to accept our true selves without shame or negativity. It is my hope that through my work, others can find the same unconditional love within themselves.

I may be a little bit biased, but he truly is the bestest boy.
